Frequently asked questions

How do I order?


Simply add the item you wish to purchace to your cart. You will be asked what specific details you want. Don't see something you want? Contact us and we will work with you to come up with the perfect custom item for you!




How long does the process take?


We will be in contact with you throughout the process. Once your order is placed, it will be put in the lineup. Because the length of the cue varies depending on the time of year, get your request in early to avoid disappointment. We will keep you appraised of the length of time it will take to complete your order. Typical timelines are about 1 week for stuffed animals as well as backpacks and towels. I work Monday through Thursday. Any order placed Thursday afternoon, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following week in the order they were placed.




How does the process work?


I will contact you once your order is up in line, and show you the draft of the layout you picked. Please check that the information is correct and in the layout you want. The speed of your order is also dependent on the time it takes for you to confirm the information, as I will not stitch until it is correct and to your liking. I am unable to make changes to the design once confirmed, so please ensure accuracy. Once everything is confirmed, I will stitch it out and send you the finished product. It is usually only a day or two to complete the order once confirmed. Shipping is done through Canada Post. Free shipping is offered for orders totaling over $200.




What if I don't see an option I like?


Use the Contact Us form and ask about an embroidery option you would prefer. I am more than happy to work with you on custom designs. Please note, I will do my best to accomadate your requests, but some things may not be possible. Contact me to help with your custom idea.




Can I choose a different design than what you have?


Yes! As long as I can get a pattern for it, I'm more than happy to help you come up with a custom design.




How much is shipping?


Shipping is a flat rate of $15 for Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba), $20 for Eastern and Northern Canada (Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon Territories). Untracked and uninsured shipping is available to the USA only for $9. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. Tracked and insured shipping is available for $20.
