Due to the personal nature of these products, refunds will not be offered. We confirm information with you before stitching the design. Items will be shipped out via Canada Post once finished.  There is a flat rate shipping fee of $14.  Items are shipped with tracking and $100 insurance.  Additional insurance is available at customers request. 

Once your order is placed, I will design your selection on the computer.  An email will be sent to the email address provided where you can confirm that the information is correct, and the colours are how you like them.  Once confirmed, I can no longer change the design, so please make sure the information is correct.  Typical turn around time is usually 5-7 business days from when your order is placed to when it is shipped out, but times can vary with the season.  I will do my best to keep you aware of any changes or delays in your order.
